Every year, the Year 6's go to Hindleap for 5 days and 4 nights. During this week the children learn to become more independent (they even make their own beds) and they challenge themselves to leap over any obstacles that may be in their way. Guided by high quality instructors, the children learn to climb, abseil, axe-throw, archery and many other activities that they normally wouldn't get the opportunity to take part in on a regular basis.

Check out some of these quotes from the children who went this year:

"I overcame my fears and climbed up a really tall pole!"

"This has been the best week ever! I loved the paddleboarding and jumping in the muddy puddles!"

"At first, I was really nervous about spending a week away from my parents but I'm glad I did; I want to do it all over again!"

Below, is a taste of what Hindleap has to offer.
